Animated Pasteurizer in Augmented Reality
For our client Provisur® Technologies we have set up a second machine in Augmented Reality: the so-called Cook / Chill.
Following the success of the augmented reality presentation of the innovative Provisur T-Hex spiral “cooker” at various trade shows in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, we received the request to add a new innovative food processing machine.
This time it was the Provisur Cook/Chill, a machine that gently and gradually heats and cools already prepared, portioned and packaged food.
The process can be used for pasteurization (killing bacteria) and “Sous Vide” cooking of products (think of egg products that have already been packaged before actual cooking).
Hololens experience impression
In the AR animation we show how products are carefully heated and cooled, how they maintain their orientation (position) during the process (for easy packaging) and for which products this machine can be used.
This machine ensures greater product safety and quality, extends shelf life, increases yields and optimizes production planning.
Provisur Cook/Chill in 3D and animated in Augmented Reality
Following the success of the augmented reality presentation of the innovative Provisur T-Hex spiral cooker at different exhibitions in Europa, Asia and the Middle East we received the request to add another innovative piece of food processing equipment to the AR tool.
This time it was the Provisur ‘Cook/Chill’, a piece of equipment that takes care of gentle heating and cooling of prepared, portioned and already packaged food. The process can be used for pasteurizing (killing bacteria), but also for Sous Vide cooking (think of egg products whereby the product is cooked in its package). This tool ensures product safety and quality, extends shelf life, increases yields and optimizes the production planning.
In the animation we allow the viewer to see for example how the products are heated gently and cooled gently, how products keep their orientation during the process (for easy packaging) and the types of products that can be processed.
